Description
From the estate of a long time collector, here is a print of the 1952 comedy feature “Son of Paleface” with Bob Hope and Jane Russell. This print had definitely seen better days so I am selling it at a low opening bid. Problems with it include vinegar odor/vinegar syndrome, shrinkage on the opening 50′ of each reel (so will need new leaders on all three), splice evident in opening of Reel 1, and cracking of the clear coat on the Technicolor 1B image. Honestly this is a project for anyone and it may not be entirely salvageable, just want to be clear about that.
Note: I did not inspect or watch the entire print, but took photos from start of Reel 1 and start of Reel 2&3. Photos of all three reels of this film shown in auction.
