per DOT regulations.

Handle is 13 1/2″ long and hook to hook length is 22 1/2″ when closed. Aproximate take up is 7 1/2″. Color at time of shipment may vary.

(Working load limit) stamped in handle
.

Do not exceed WLL
(working load limit)
for any tie down
. Ratchet Binders working load limit must be equal or greater than working load limit of chain.
